Right of withdrawal

A consumer is any natural person who completes a legal transaction for purposes that are for the most part not attributable to any professional activity of either a commercial or self-employed nature.

You have the right to cancel this contract without giving reasons within fourteen days. The cancellation period begins on the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of cancellation you must notify us (tools4coda.io, Tobias Feistmantl, Schmiedgasse 3, 6060 Hall in Tirol, Austria, email support@tools4coda.io) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of an unequivocal declaration. You may use the withdrawal form on this page or the template below, but you are not obliged to. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the expiry of the period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we are required to repay all payments we have received from you without delay and within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation. Repayment is made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

Exclusion and premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content that is not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which is clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have only commenced performance of the contract after you have (a) given your express consent thereto and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance on our part, and (b) we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable data medium within a reasonable period after conclusion of the contract, but no later than upon delivery.

Good to know: In the interest of a simple, customer-friendly process we currently do not require such an express consent-and-confirmation declaration for immediate delivery. This means your 14-day right of withdrawal remains intact even after you have downloaded and used the template. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us and the payment comes back.
