2. What we do not do

Data collection stays at the strictly necessary minimum:

• This website sets no cookies, runs no JavaScript trackers and performs no fingerprinting.
• We use no advertising, no social media pixels and no third-party embeds that transmit your data.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by PageWeave on servers located in the European Union (Hetzner, EU). For the technically necessary and secure operation of the website, the host processes request data (IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, user agent) in server logs. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and efficient operation of the website). Raw data is deleted after 90 days. Analytics are processed server-side only; no data is shared with advertising networks.

4. Forms (contact, withdrawal request)

When you submit a form on this website (for example the withdrawal request), we process the data you enter (name, email address, message content) to answer your request or process your revocation. The data is stored by our hosting provider and transmitted to us by email. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (processing of withdrawal requests is required for the performance of the contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (answering inquiries). Form submissions are kept only as long as needed for processing the matter and any statutory retention periods.

5. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address to send you occasional updates about new templates, features and offers. Your consent is the legal basis (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future by replying to any newsletter email or writing to support@tools4coda.io.

6. Payments via Stripe

Payments are processed exclusively via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland, for EU customers). Stripe acts as an independent controller for the payment process: your payment data (for example card data, name, email address, amount) is transmitted directly to Stripe and processed there. We do not receive or store any payment credentials; from Stripe we receive only the payment confirmation and the data necessary for delivery and accounting (product, amount, email address). Details: Stripe's privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) and (c) GDPR (accounting, tax obligations).

7. Recipients

Processors used by us: website hosting (PageWeave, EU), payment processing (Stripe) and email transmission. Beyond that, personal data is only transferred to third parties if legally required or necessary for contract performance. All processors are bound by data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

8. Your rights

You have the right to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, www.dsb.gv.at) or another supervisory authority. 9. Security

We and our processors use appropriate technical and organizational security measures (TLS encryption, EU data centers, access controls) to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
